Rule No. 1 Strategy
-Develop a strategy a good value proposition for customer.

-Based on what customers, investors, or partner have to say or how they behave
 not on instinct or gut feel, then build a strategy from outside in.

-Fine-tune strategy continually based on how marketplace become, such as government
 regulation, social trend, new technology, and competitor’s product.

- Keep focus.

- A good communicate of your strategy with organization or customers and other
  stake holders.

- Beware of unfamiliar and grow your own core.
Rule No.2 Execution
 Deliver products and services and meet the consistency of
  customer’s expectations.

 Have a well decision-making authority close the front lines,
  so the employees react and turn the market conditions
  quickly.

 Constantly strive to eliminate all forms of excess and waste
  to improve productivity rate that is as twice roughly in the
  average of the industry.

 Inspire all employees and managers to do their best.
 Encourage managers and employees to be independent
  decisions to find ways for improve operations-including their
  own.
 Based on employees and managers performance, reward
  achievement with pay to maintain the performance bar.
 Create some satisfying and challenging work environment.
