(1) Shoulder Stretching :
Stand and keep your body straight. Raise your shoulder and
hold the position for 5 seconds. Squeeze your shoulder blades
backside and hold for 5 seconds. Pull your shoulder blades
down and again hold for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat the
process again and again.
(2) Shoulder Tilt :
Stand with a good hand resting on a table or chair and let your
other arm hang down. Swing your arm gently in a circular
motion. Relax and repeat the process again and again.
