Ive spent thousands of dollars on high tech expensive equipment and dietplans and various weight loss products, and I never lost a pound.If you are obese or unhappy with your weight and how you look in the mirror, you must dosomething about that. The reason why people are so obese in todays society is a combination ofeating crap food, and not eating properly. Also people are just too confused. Did you know thatyou dont even have to exercise and you can lose weight and burn fat fast off your body. Eatingcertain types of foods can increase your metabolism. Eating at certain intervals through out theday can also increase your metabolism. Now when most people read something like what I justwrote they think thats impossible, everyone thinks you gotta sweat and exercise to burn off fatfast. This is not true at all.The truth of the matter is it is not hard to lose weight. Too many people first off have thismisconception in their head, that it is hard to lose weight and burn fat off your body. Now Im notsaying that positive thinking or something will help you burn fat fast off your body. Drinking water rightwhen you wake up is one of the most rapid ways to burn fat fast off your body. It also cleansesyour digestive track, and pumps oxygen to your brain to help you get going. Dont drink caffeine, no pop, no coffee, if you are going to drink caffeine then at least limityour intake to 1 drink per day. Also Pop is so bad for you I can not even tell you. Its just 150empty calories every drink, it literally does nothing good for your body. If you can replace everypop with a glass of water you can lose 5 pounds in just 2 months. Eat organic foods for breakfast like apples, bananas, plain yogurt, tomatoes, carrots,peppers, raw honey, wild smoked salmon, and so on. Keeping a track on the watch, go for an hour walk. It need not be power walking, butdefinitely it should be non-stop walk and thats for sure, in a couple of days only, youll startfinding the difference in you. Have your dinner about 4-5 hours before going off to sleep. Eating and sleeping is very badfor your body. Dont do any late night snacking, even if you have a craving. Overall you must have a balanced diet, this does not mean starving yourself, in fact you needfat, to burn fat. Dont depend upon fat burning diet supplements. They wont go a long way in helping yousustain your reduced kilos. Sometimes boredom becomes a cause of overeating, so keeping yourself busy with somesort of hobby or activity is very important.
