The four technologies of SMAC are very popular in
today's world
Social: Social media has provided businesses with new
ways to reach and interact with customers.
Mobile: Has changed the way people communicate,
shop and work.
Analytics: Allows businesses to understand how, when
and where people consume certain goods and
services.
Cloud: Provides a new way to access technology and
the data a business needs to quickly respond to
changing markets and solve business problems.

4. MY INTEREST IN SMAC
o There are four different technologies related to this
topic. Each has its own individual characteristics and
can be used to impact a business.
o Together it provides a synergy that can greatly develop
a business.
o I would love the opportunity to learn about the four
topics, especially mobile application. It would be a
great opportunity to improve my knowledge on cyber-
security frameworks used my organizations.

customer-generated data.
