Emotional AI, also known as sentiment analysis, analyzes negative, neutral, and positive views from a
written report and uses it to gauge and understand customer reactions. Sentiment Analysis in simple
words can be referred to as data mining of customer experience. It helps identify

Sentiment analysis can be used to track psychological
trends, analyze social media, and review the market
research results. Its software scans reviews, ratings,

Customer experience requires a difficult, ongoing, organizational-wide change to fully meet the demands
