Yentavadu Gani movie review
1. Yenthavadu Gani Review
Producer : Shri Sai Raam Creations
Staring : Ajith Kumar, Trisha, Anushka Shetty, Arun Vijay, Vivekh, Parvathi
Nair
Director : Gautham Menon
Music Director : Harris Jayaraj
Cinematography : Dan Macarthur
Ajith the stylish actor who came up with movies like David
Billa,Gambler,Aarambham etc hits the screen with another Stylish
flick Yenthavadu Gani. Yenthavadu Gani directed by Impressive director
Gautham Vasudev menon. Both have equal genre in entertaining the audience
so they both came together with film Entha vadu gani lets see how far they
have entertained the audience….
Story:
Yenthavadu Gani is the story of a cop Sathyadev (Ajith), his wife Hemanika
(Trisha) and their daughter Baby Anikha. An incident changes Sathyadev’s life
and what that incident is, forms the actual story of the film. The story cannot be
revealed as Yentha vadu gani is more about individual characters and their
flashback stories, emotions and romance, rather than mere story.
What Works?
The Whole Story is based on the relationship of a father and daughter in which
director was successful in elevating the plot. It’s a one-man show and Ajith is a
clear winner. From being a passionate lover to an emotional father to an
aggressive cop, Ajith fits Sathyadev shoes perfectly. Tirisha is beyond
perfection and Anushka looks different apart from all her movies. Arun Vijay
proves that he is another star in the making. Parvathi Nair too has done justice to
2. her role by keeping it simple. Gautam Menon has proved himself again why his
movies can stand up to the expectation. Harris Jayaraj has only added perfection
to the package. Songs are a part of the narration and it has worked perfectly for
the film. Cinematography in regular format or we can say Gautham Menen
style, no experiment with camera movements and shot descriptions.,
What Doesn’t Works?
Vivekh and Anushka Shetty characters are cornered. Vivekh’s usual charm is
completely missing in the film, which may be disappointing for Vivekh’s fans.
The narration is too slow in the first half, until the flashback scene opens up. So
audience might have to literally bear with the slow-phased version. There are
shades of Gharshana for which audience may miss the feel of watching a new
movie.
Verdict: The film is all about Ajit and Gautam Menon fans can be watched
once.
