JOB RESPONSIBILITY :-
• Coordinate with Project management before commencement of work to ensure all
working procedures are checked concerning HSE in accordance with the HSE plan.
• Conduct Inspections like Site HSE inspection, Third party certificates for Lifting
Equipment’s, Operators etc.
• Preparing/Updating of documents like, monthly safety reports, training matrix, and all
safety related data’s.
• Investigation of all incidents, near misses and recommend appropriate
corrective actions to avoid re-occurrence.
• To carry out Monthly site safety inspection and ensuring compliance of Safety rules
and regulations at site.
• Make sure all client commissioning requirements are been fulfilled.
• Prepare and execute HSE training in order to meet all requirements as set out in
Company HSE Matrix.

• Responsible for safely handling of manpower and ensuring zero accident while
working on the site.
• In Charge in implementation of Plan, Objectives and monitoring action plan.
• Involved in developing Activity/Task Risk assessment for projects.

• Conduct Weekly Mass Tool box talks for all project employees to make sure better
