 1. Brief History of Agency
1.1 ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGENCY
The establishment of the agency has the following main reasons. This are-
 Whereas, Sectors, the public and the government, having gained
adequate, current and quality information, to be able to provide their
service provision in a qualitative and speedy way through developing
and expanding the information and communication technology in the
amhara region.
 By realizing joint and integrated working system with the Federal
ministry of communication & information technology and thereby putting
in place reliable infrastructure of information and communication
technology, it has been found necessary to create one economic
society which depends upon knowledge and information for the
overall development acceleration and good governance enrichment of
the region;

4. introduction
 Organizational structure is focused on group type salting most
commend in office and working place .This working structure
takes theories research intervention and communication
strategies and applies to group in both work and work setting
 People in this field focus on helping people understand their
interaction with one other so that everyone can work together to
all accomplish important task. As internee I have done my
internship in an organization (ICT Agencies) in which I have
learned that an internship is an agreement b/n intern and
company or organization for a field of such semester
 Here are some goals of internship for that peruse an intern do
internship in an organization which can guided the internship
program
 An internship provides meaning full work experience which
supplement and inhance academic courses of the intern
 An internship incresaes the students academic work
 An internship gives the student the probability to assess his
/her abilities and interests in work shop

 In soft ware development and administration part department has 4
employers consists of computer programmer this department design

employers work in team but the task of each employers change
according to the project type but they are help each other .

In terms of improving practical skills
In this internship program I got practical knowledge like;
 I have gained practical knowledge of how to design a
webpage.
 I have gained practical knowledge of how to use joomla soft
were
 I have gained practical knowledge of how to design the
database of the webpage.
 I have gained practical knowledge of how to make a
communication between computer and printer.
 I have gained a practical knowledge of how to crimp cables
and connect to computer.

19. In terms of upgrading theoretical
knowledge
In addition to improving practical knowledge these program
upgrade the theoretical knowledge. Some of them is described as
follow:-
 Before collecting data the primary condition is making consensus
with the owner.
 during these time observe the structural condition requirement,
 test the requirement content
 Prepare applicable materials that are essential for the completion
of the project during collection of the requirement

 Collect the raw data and analyze it
 Then prepare documentation.
 Based on the data prepare a design.

20. In terms of improving inter personal
communication skill
Individuals often learn different things from colleagues’ through
communication. For any individuals communication is an
important way of learning, which can be defined formally as the
act, process, or experience of gaining knowledge or skills. it has the
following usage :-

 It brings social interaction to the organization employees.
 Persuade people
 Improve to build up self confidence

21. In terms of leader ship skill
Leadership is a process of leading the workers of the organization .
A person who is in the position of leadership should be smart
enough to manage those individuals whom he/she is leading.
Besides this, he/she must have know the following things
 Recognize that every engineer is unique

 Solve engineering problems
 Respect experience and ability
 Control the learning experience

The internship program helps for me in order to know the

23. Recommendation
Basically I would like to recommend ICT agency:
 They haven’t bus service to travel from one place to an other
place.
 All ICT agency employers are eager to learn us.
 Most of their works was in field place b/c of these we can not
communicate with us easily.
And also I will like to recommend amhara trade and transport
bureau
 They haven’t server administrator to solve the organization
computer technical problems.
 Before using internet access from that organization you have to
announce to new comer computer b/c of this we can’t use our
Own lap top to use internet access.
 All employers and head officers are very eager to use computer
technology and website system.
 They haven’t their own service.

24. conclusion
During this internship I met with many different kinds of people. Among
them some of them were really good since they teach me things
which are new and difficult to me. Welcome with good hospitality and
take care me like I work there for a long time. I gain a lot of experience
from these people. I learned that social skill is important.
During this four month internship I have been gain a lot of working
experience and a big chance to enhance my knowledge and the ways
which are used to change my theoretical knowledge into practical
one.
 I get a motivation to do things myself without depending of the
others.
 I learn as there is challenges and how to overcome such kind
of challenges during work task.
