2. I'm a teacher and master of inclusive education and rehabilitation. I have over 28 years of experience in
the Croatian education system on the teacher's classroom teaching jobs-class teacher and Head of the
extended professional treatment. I was working plans and programs for students with learning
disabilities and students with disabilities. I approached each student individualized. At the same time I
am for a class and had regularly, and Custom and Special Program.
Since the early 80-ies of the last century at the School of Special Education, I met with the methodology
of teaching people with special needs.
90s I used the computer as a teaching tool and an aid in the school where I worked.
In early 2000, in the educational system, I ended up Pilot Project Virtual School and received special
recognition Croatian Association for Technical Culture.
From then until the year 2014. develop online learning and doing innovation in the education system.

3. The entire professional life I also professional development through formal and informal
education.
This work is the result of an intensive eight years of experience of designing online learning as
an innovative method for the elementary school.
It contains an overview of the status and potential of the education system.

23. The progress of education in the primary school must be in a clear way:
1.Design focus on the teachers and students
2.Transformation of schools into 21st century schools
3.Infrastructure support by the state

24. Modern education should be closer to today's information age, the need to
introduce changes and the content and teaching methods. One of the
important tasks of education training not only IT but also IT literate
professionals prepared for lifelong learning. While it is necessary to develop
information literacy at all levels of education, it is especially important that
students acquire that education for future teachers, because this will be the
best way to assure the transfer of knowledge and skills to future generations.

25. My beleifs:
That every child has unique inherent worth and value. Unfortunately, we
tell huge numbers of children and their parents that they are "defective" or
failures because they aren't succeeding based on a relatively narrow set
measures used by schools. I don't believe that is the intention of most
involved in the education system, but it is certainly the outcome.
That learning is not an elite endeavor, is natural to being human, and
takes place both inside and outside of formal educational institutions.
That learning and "learning how to learn" help us to lead better lives, to
be better members of our communities, and to build a better world. A
large part of this is by recognizing and by overcoming uninformed biases,
overly-simplistic thinking, the entanglements of personal interest, and
cognitive traps.
