Project Manager: former marketing director of one large syringe factory in China, familiar with the
products, the production process, and all the details concerning with the disposable syringe and its market,
with 17years marketing experience.
Chief Technical Engineer, who design our syringe auto assembly machine and syringe barrel printer
machine, with full experience about the auto assembly machines designing, adjustment, operation.
Electricity Engineer, who has worked on the field of ETO gas sterile machine for over 10years, knows every

15. PRINTING
Put the syringe barrels into the auto feeding machine of the printing machine, and the
barrel will be arranged by the machine to go one by one with a stable speed, a silicon oil
spay gun it mounted in the machine at first, it will spray the silicon oil inside the barrel
equably: after this, the barrel go in alignment to next step, which a silk patent is mounted
on the machine, the silk patent have all the design we need for the syringe barrel, such as
the size, the graduation line, the logo and so on, and it will be print into the barrel with ink
on it. After printing, the syringe barrel will be go to the dried area by heating and fan
cooling. And a finished barrel with printing will be collected by an other circulation box.

16. STERILIZING
Syringe assembling: all the part of the syringe have been concentrate to this machine, and be put into
the different auto supply chamber. The plunger will go first, and then the syringe gasket go to the
plunger, the machine will mount the gasket on the syringe plunger. After this step, it will keep moving, till
meet the barrel, and the machine push the plunger with gasket into the barrel automatically. Then we
got a full set of syringe.
Needle assembling: The hub, cap, and cannula, glue have been put into the needle assembly
machines, the machine will mount all the put together to form a needle. A lot of workers will involve, as
the machine is semi-automatic. The full automatic one is too expensive and one machine can only
mount one size needle, so it is not recommended by us and not in our machine list.

17. INDIVIDUAL PACKING
The blister film and blister paper will be set on the machine on
proper position. The film go on the machine first by chain pull,
and when it pass the blister packing molds, it been form the
blister size we need by heating and compress. The auto
feeding machine will put the syringe set on to the film bubble
one by one, and the needle have to be put into it at the same
time. And the film with syringe set will pass to another step
where the blister paper be put on it after printing the lot number
and date by the ink printing machine on the blister machine, and
the paper will be sealed with the film by heating and press. And
then, the machine will cut the sealed blister to individual
package, that form our finished blister packing syringe.

18. OUTER PACKING
The individual packed syringe will be sent to the
outer packing area by conveyer belt, where the
workers put them into box and sealed by hand. And
then the boxes been put into outer carton, after
sealed, the cartons can be sent to the sterile area
waiting for sterilize.

19. STERILIZING
After we got enough finished cartons, one lot every time, and put them into the
sterile container by cart, seal the container, then vacuum the container. Heating
the container by warm water, and then fill the ETO gas in to the container, the
ETO gas will kill all the bacteria on the given temperature. After this, we have to
vacuum the container again to clear the ETO gas, the used ETO gas will be out
and pour into the water, after several circle mixed with the water, it will full
neutralize with the water, and so that can be drain out harmless. The full circle of
the sterile takes 8 hours for one lot.
Caution: The ETO gas is danger, it need to be deal with very carefully. It require the area
should open, ventilation, far away from fire source, and special deal with the electric power.

20. PRODUCING HINTS
How to produce a perfect syringe in economic way:
1. High class polypropylene material, medical class.
2. Use the best quality mold, which can produce
more effective, and avoid unnecessary time
waste. As the poor quality mold will damage
easily and will stop the production line time to
time.
3. Use the automatic assembly machine to make
sure the quality stable.
4. Training the workers into skilled level.
5. Make a detail plan for equipment's setup and the
production process.

22. AFTER SALES SERVICE
We provide the service after building a factory by providing the production related
material, such as production spare part, packing material, raw material and so on. We also
provide technical support when it is necessary, solve the problems during production, give
suggestion for production more effective products and marketing.
The warranty period (free maintenance ) is one year, in the first year,
all the problems caused by the machine itself (not human being
mistake and force majeure), we will replace the part free of charge,
you should only cover the cost of the engineers out of China. And the
rest of the years, we keep maintenance with only the cost of
changed part and engineers. The details will be made by the
agreement.
