Structures Design and Build project for the refurbishment (internal, M&E and external facades) of
Walthamstow School for girls, a building listed as grade 2 in English Heritage.
Project value 22 600 k€ (17 000 k£)
Position and responsibility :
Senior Site Engineer in charge of :
Preparation and presentation of technical details for approval of refurbishment works by the local
authorities.
Design coordination between the existing and the new building.
Coordination of the tender process from design stage to construction on site.
Managing budget for the renovation works, while ensuring its objectives are met.
Promotion of quality, security and environmental procedures (certification ISO 9001 version 2000,
OHSAS 18001: 1999)
