JLCNY v Cuomo, Martens, Shah Article 78 Lawsuit Decision

A decision rendered by Albany County Supreme Court Judge Roger McDonough in which he finds no "standing" by the JLCNY to force Gov. Cuomo and his lieutenants to actually do their job. The judge said since JLCNY are only experiencing economic harm and not environmental harm they can't sue. The decision is "very likely" to be appealed to a higher court.
