Inspect and value vacant properties to assess most appropriate design and finish for the
local sale or rental markets. Design and reconfigure space, draw up Schedules of Works
and Finishes Specification, send out to tender, appoint contractors and other related
professional services and oversee the works to completion. Furnish property as required.

of offices. Commissioned bespoke reception and executive desks, furniture and
artwork.

Reconfiguration & full refurbishment of a listed, derelict, former County Courthouse to
