With the built in Window Media Player, windows user could stream online videos. You can increase streaming speed as fast as you can by adjusting buffer settings. In this process your phone collects and stores video stream. So increase the buffering speed to increase video streaming speed on your Windows PC.

search it from

Menu Choose
“Options”

“Performance”
button.

8. Now locate
“Network
buffering” option
under
“Performance “
Tab.
Now click the
bullet point beside
Buffer.

9. Enter number
between 1 to 10.
Higher the value
streaming will be
smoother, but it
will take longer
time to start your
video playing.
