martial arts and dance. It can improve your cardio vascular
fitness and endurance. If you want to do Cardio Kick Boxing,

is near your house or near the location of your work. People
believe that if they do exercise, they will have a long life.

have time for other matters.

Some women are shy because they are fat, if you do Cardio
