1. My 24 second grade students will discuss what they have learned about place value and any
questions they have in a blog and then they will create a Voki that discusses place value. I will
post my own blog with one specific question that they must answer in their blog. The class will
then have a discussion about the blogs that each student has written, and allow them to
present their Voki to the class. Students will be assessed based on their blog, class
participation, and the quality of their Voki.By the end of the lesson, students will be able to
openly discuss and understand the importance of place value with 90% accuracy.
