• Process documents from agents, customers and lenders.
• Daily Scheduling for 60 associates through Workforce Management, ensuring sufficient phone coverage during
peak times.
• Monitor the productivity of staff along with call volumes through Avaya/CMS to ensure service levels are met.
• Resolve escalated calls.
• Provide assistance and coaching to associates.
• Calculating daily call stats to present to the department and management.
• Handled all escalated issues for a client.
• Worked with accounting on high level billing and escrow processes.
Lender Services Rep II (February 2013- June 2015)
• Processed returned/refund checks from customers and insurance companies.

claims/loss draft, flood dispute, and lender inquiries.
