WORK EXPERIENCE
As an installation technician for AP Montaggi, I have been trained in completing delicate and often highly
complex installations of fine furnishings in luxury yachts, residences, and commercial buildings. This work
requires a high level of skill, precision, and attention to detail. Our clients are very particular about the
methods of installation, the types of materials that are used, and that extraordinary care is taken in installing
the furniture. There is a great deal of liability at stake due to the high-value of both the furnishings and the
yachts and homes where the installations take place. In the last year, I have excelled at my work by
implementing the skills that I have honed over the last decade in my combined professional experience. The
ability to communicate clearly and fluently with the Project Manager as well as the client is imperative in order
to address every need of the customer. Just as well, following directions correctly and paying close attention to
detail is indispensable in this line of work. I pride myself on clean operations and perfection in every step.
Recently Completed Projects Include:

As Head of the Sales Department at Eurospin, I was in charge of ten other employees and all key sales
operations for the grocery store. During the course of one year, I was able to dramatically improve the
shopping experience for our customers through outstanding customer support, as well as organization and
management of the shelves and display areas. Using market research and consumer behavioral statistics, I
assisted our Store Manager in organizing the products in a manner that would encourage optimal placement
based on consumer needs. I was lucky to have some great employees, and together we created highly efficient
team dynamics that improved the store’s bottom line by reducing turnover and improving the work
environment for the entire staff. I was also able to improve our margins by reassessing the inventory of goods
sold. Having analyzed the order forms versus sales reports, I was able to pinpoint items that had slow
turnover and were therefore a burden on our inventory. Additionally, we examined new products that were
more appealing to consumers and negotiated contracts that would allow us to capitalize on larger margins for
sales.

As a professional artisan of technical installations aboard the American Cruise Company, Carnival Cruise Line,
I was trained in carrying out a variety of skilled tasks. The job required construction and installation of
furniture in the interior and exterior living facilities for the crew and guests. I was tasked with managing a
large variety of building materials, including semi-finished products such as sheets and substrates, joiner
materials and insulation, as well as blasting products for cleaning and painting. During the course of my work
with Carnival Cruise Line, I was able to master the fine skills of woodworking and painting, and manage
localized construction projects on my own. My supervisors repeatedly commended me on my high quality of
work, organization, and reliability. This allowed me to take on increasing responsibility and train other
employees in the craft.

My assignment as Public Security Agent for Operation Safe Streets focused on the oversight and supervision of
crime prevention units in Modena, Italy. I was proud to assist in several cases that presented clear danger to
our citizens. My superiors commended me on being able to identify crime patterns and suspicious individuals
through surveillance, which was highly instrumental in disarming illegal activities on the streets of Modena.

As a skilled glazier, I participated actively in the planning and production of each project which required me to
read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine size, shape, color, type, or thickness of glass,
location of framing, and installation procedures required. The artisan work involves a lot of technical
knowledge in order to cut, fit, install, repair, or replace glass or glass substitutes, such as plastic or aluminum,
in building interiors or exteriors or in furniture or other products. Just as well, I set glass doors into frames and
bolt metal hinges, handles, locks, or other hardware to attach doors to frames and walls. Throughout my work
as a glazier, I worked with a wide range of specialty glass, including floats, fused glass, glass tiles and special
glasses such as: insulating glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, hardened TVG glass, fire resistant glass,
coated glass, processed glass, and glass surfaces for purposes of painting, sandblasting, and correcting corrosion.

During my time at Idrometrica Piccinno, I served as an apprentice in the field of materials and techniques of
the thermo-hydraulic industry. I gained skills in knowledge in the installation of traditional heating systems
(such as radiators) as well as thermal heating systems below floors and other advanced methods of installation
that are currently being developed in the industry. When I completed my High School Degree, I had a profound
interest in engineering and working with my hands. The experience with Idrotermica allowed me to learn more
about the industry and get a better grasp of my strengths and future aspirations.
