promote an adequate setting of standards for digital health
The exchange of best practices should include national strategies to become cross-border role models
for driving uptake of digital solutions
International benchmarking and cross-national studies of digital strategies and their success criteria
should regularly monitor progress, measure impact and exhibit lessons learned
