Golden State Water Company - It is a public utility company That provides water services to about 260,000 customers located within 75 communities throughout 10 counties in the northern, coastal, and southern part of CA Out second subsidiary is Bear Valley Electric Service, which was acquired by Golden State Water Company in 1938 & provides electric power to aprox. 23,000 people. Lasty we have American States Utility Services, Inc.- they provide water and wastewater services to U.S. military installations.

For 2014, Golden States Water Company - Water Utility, consisted for 70% of the revenue for the company which totaled to $327 million dollars. American States Utility Service, Inc. in 2014 provided the company with 22% of revenue, which was $105 million dollars. Lastly, the Golden State Water Company - Electric Utility unit provided 8% of the revenue which was a total of $34 million dollars.
