WHAT IS A LEADERSHIP CULTURE
A Leadership Culture is an Organizational Culture that has an
established Leadership Foundation, a Highly Selective Screening
Process to Identify Leaders, a Leadership Development Program
that invests in Sustained Organizational Growth by Galvanizing a
common Leadership Language, and a Mentorship Program that
ensures a Legacy.

My name is Chris Waters. I bring over 15 years of leadership
and leadership development experience:
 From leading Marines on two combat tours in Iraq
 To saving clients tens of millions of dollars, annually, while
leading them and project teams through IT, process, and
organizational changes
 And as an Executive Leadership Coach, helping clients
raise their leadership effectiveness, helping them
assemble and influence the right people around them to
help them sustainably grow their business
No entrepreneur can realize success alone. I can help you
build a team around you who share in your values and your
vision, who are stewards of your investment, and whose
actions maximize profits.
My purpose is to restore a Leadership Culture rooted in the
morals, values, and courage that our Founding Fathers
possessed in leading the formation of the Greatest Country
in the World. A Leadership Culture is a culture that is made
of leaders, not followers. That is the foundation of freedom
and prosperity.
Through Coaching, Teaching, Mastermind Groups, Seminars,
Workshops, and Speaking Engagements, my methods for
engagement do not advise my clients what to think, but
rather how to think. My clients discover the answers they
seek reside within themselves through heightened
awareness. It is a transforms of how they think, which
produces a whole new level of influence, as a leader, they
never thought possible.
