  1. Para lograr un negocio rentable, como todo, hay que tener una buena estrategia. Para ello, veremos como los aspectos que hacen a un ecommerce tienen que converger hacia nuestros objetivos. El ecommerce crece y es cada vez mas masivo, y con ello cada vez hay mas competencia. “Hay que hacer las cosas bien”
  2. La eleccion de la plataforma e infraestructura adecuada no es un tema menor. Lo interesante es que hay diversos tipos de plataformas para cada tipo de negocio y para cada momento del negocio. Es decir, podemos comenzar de menos a mas mientras ganamos experiencia. Hay modelos SaaS, a medida, bajo revenue share, full service. Lo crucial es que la plataforma este en linea con nuestro modelo y objetivos propuestos. El software se debe adaptar a las necesidades de negocio y no al reves. Mismo la infraestructura debe estar acorde para soportar el trafico de nuestra aplicación ecommerce y tener capacidad de crecimiento ante picos de demanda (Ej: CyberMonday). Aplicaciones Web Responsive + Mobile hoy dia son un “must”. Aplicaciones nativas iOS y Android van ganando terreno en el mindset del consumidor a medida que su utilizacion cobra mayor relevancia.
  3. Tenemos que analizar que productos vamos a vender y como los vamos a vender. Nuestro “mix” debe estar acorde a lo que nuestro publico espera de nosotros como marca. Apertura y profundidad deben ser acordes a nuestro negocio. Bajo que reglas de precio vamos a ofrecer esos productos.
  4. Claramente la estrategia respecto al stock tiene que estar bien definida para no entrar en conflicto con otros sectores de la compania. Stock dedicado, stock virtual, stock compartido, Stock total. Son distintas opciones que deberan ser analizadas en cuanto a su posibilidad y viabilidad economica, de negocio, tecnica y operativa.
  5. Los medios de pago deben ser pensados de cara al usuario y a fin de ofrecerle todos los medios disponibles del mundo fisico y mas. Promociones bancarias alineadas a la estrategia global de la marca y con opcion de promociones exclusivas para el canal. El “gateway” de pago debe ser transparente para el usuario. Nadie pregunta en el punto de venta si puede pagar con LaPos o PosNet, sino que promo bancaria hay disponible.
  6. La logistica no solo es pensar en un operador logistico tipo OCA, Andreani, EdTrans, etc..es mucho mas alla. Va desde eso hasta la forma en que envolvemos y empaquetamos nuestro producto. Tenemos que pensar de donde va a salir la mercaderia, que personal la va a manipular y embalar, con que cuidados y condiciones. Que experiencia queremos que reciba nuestro cliente al recibir un pedido. De mas esta decir que la logistica tambien comprende facilitarle la vida al usuario respecto de opciones y formas de envío: Envío a Domicilio, Envío a sucursal del correo, retiro en tienda, encomienda, moto. Son todas opciones validas a contemplar. El servicio post venta tambien forma parte de la logistica: Cambios y devoluciones deben ser contemplados y analizados para garantizar un buen servicio.
  7. No hay ecommerce sin un buen plan de marketing. La estrategia de Marketing debe estar alineada al objetivo y KPI´s del negocio. Donde invierto, como invierto, contra quien compito, que espero obtener como resultado son todas preguntas que hay que contemplar a la hora de la estrategia digital. Social Media, Programatic, Display, SEO-SEM
  8. Por ultimo nuestro cliente. Tenemos que conocer a nuestro cliente, pensar como el/ella espera ser atendido en nuestro negocio. Todo nuestro esfuerzo y empeño debe estar focalizado en que su experiencia de compra sea satisfactoria y genere empatia para con nuestra marca. Un cliente disconforme sale mucho mas caro que captar uno nuevo. Que canales de atencion voy a ofrecer y COMO los voy a ofrecer. El cliente tiene que tener una experiencia UNICA y UNIFORME con nuestra marca. El famoso omnichanel.
