2. DAYANAND ANGLO VEDIC PUBLIC SCHOOL, NERUL
D.A.V. Public School today has emerged as one of the
leading schools in Navi Mumbai with the superior
infrastructural facilities and the innovative and quality
teaching-learning methods it has evolved. The school has a

3. As per rules under guidance of Mr. Jose Kurian arrange the meeting of teachers on 8th
June 2021, in this meeting they discussed about the internal assessment and then all
teacher prepared internal assessment for the students. For Subject Account the internal
assessment was given by Account teacher Mrs. Suman Mangaraj on 15th
June 2021.
In this activity student have to collect the Cash Memo, Credit Memo, Tax Invoice,
Sales/Purchase Receipts and Various types of cheque of any firm and make in creative
way e.g. chart, file, folder etc. and they have submit on 12th
July, 2021.
CONCLUSION
Internal assessment is one of the main activity in schools and colleges every year
during which students of the school and colleges are studying. Internal assessment
marks system gives the opportunity to subject faculty to know student’s knowledge both
in theory and practicals. Based on this information faculty will guide the students
properly. The high score of internal marks will increase overall percentage of marks.

St. Xavier’s High School (Airoli)
6. • Agenda & Schedule and Mode: -
The Activities was conducted online successfully by St. Xavier’s High School on the
25th
of June, 2021 and 26th
June 2021. Our respected Principal Mam speech given to students
regarding motto and goals of the activities and thanks all staff, children’s and parents who’s
involved in these activities. Professor Gayatri Rao, was the in-charge of conducting the debate,
quiz and general knowledge. Professor Krishnamurthy Ayer, was the in-charge of conducting
the dance, singing, drawing art and craft activity. As a mentor Gayatri mam and Krishnamurthy
sir guided the students to rules, regulations and achievements from these activity.

CONCLUSION
The activity was conducted into Two Phases- 1) on 25th
June (debate, quiz and general
knowledge and 2) 26th
June (Dance, singing, craft, drawing). Students had joined meeting and
started activity in groups. Respective teachers arrange them into groups and start the activity. Our
teachers observed the whole activity and recording the winner’s name of each activity. Students
participate in the activity with their qualities and fulfil their duties.
8. St. Stanislaus High School
Born for greater things
St. Stanislaus High School was founded in 1863 as an orphanage and has risen to become one
of the leading educational institutions in Mumbai. The school is run by the Fathers and
Brothers of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), a religious congregation internationally known for
their educational work.
Education at St. Stanislaus is based on the SIPS framework which describes and integrates
education along four dimensions Social, Intellectual, Personal and Spiritual education.
Social education addresses issues and opportunities in society and its sustainability; it has a
special focus on the challenges of the marginalized.

St. Stanislaus School is a High School affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board of Education.
Activity 3 – International Yoga day
Planning of Activity:-
Objectives: -
o To raise awareness about the many benefits of practicing Yoga.
o To promote physical and mental wellbeing of the students.
o To inculcate the habit of Yoga and meditation among the students.
Agenda & Schedule: -
o Date: - 21st June 2021
o Time: - 8.15am to 8.45 am
o Mode of Activity: Online, through Microsoft Team.
o Target Audience: The activity was organized for students of class 7th and 8th.
The Principal, Vice Principal, Sports teachers and the respective class teachers
also participated in the event.
o Event In-charge: Mrs. Neha Mahale and Mr. Vishal Mhapankar
o Yoga Instructor: P.T Master, Mr. Sagar Suresh Parab
Students whose are willing to participate in these activities are primarily enrol their name to class
representative on or before 20th
June, 2021.
9. Organizing of Activities: -
On 21st June 2021 “International Yoga Day” was celebrated online on Microsoft Teams
Application from 8.15am to 8.45 am. The students of standard 4 participated in the
programme.
P.T Master, Mr. Sagar Suresh Parab gave the boys information about ‘Yoga Day’. He also
explained the importance and benefits of Yoga in our day to day life. The exercises
mentioned were appropriate and useful to the students.
P.T Master then demonstrated the yoga asanas and boys followed them with enthusiasm.
After the end of the session our Headmistress Mrs. Jennifer Pereira gave a motivational
speech and encouraged the boys to practice the yoga asanas daily. The day was celebrated
with a lot of joy. It was a very interesting day for all participants. The experience was truly
amazing.
On event date students had actively participated in these activity. Finally, the vote of
thanks was given by our supervisor, who thanked Principal for being there with us and
congratulated all the winner and participated students for supporting and leading the activity.
During the activity no formally problems were detected and there was several minor issues
such as poor connectivity, blur faces and sometime sound problems but that all issues has
solved immediately during the activity. Activities were successfully completed with the help
of principal mam, teachers, students and parents.

CONCLUSION
The Yoga Day celebration took place in a systematic progression. Everyone joined the
celebration and actively performed yoga. The instructor was highly experienced and guided
everyone smoothly through all the asanas and meditation. It was an extremely relaxing,
informative and enjoyable session, which made everyone realize the significanceof yoga and
encouraged everyone to make yoga a part of their daily lives. Thus, the event was a huge
success.
