- WE are making a start by BEING HERE. Make a commitment to learning all about Web 2.0 and education NOW!
- One option is to use the following interactive site, currently being used now…. Or develop your own! This has been designed for libraries in the Gulf region, but publically available.
- Based on work of Danny Munnerley and other staff from Zayed University, Janet, librarians and faculty… Faculty on both Dubai and Abu Dhabi campuses working with their students using blogs, wikis, podcasts etc… UAE IT Educational Challenge 2008 - WINNER
- Sometimes learning new things seems daunting.
- As Stephen Abrams said: “Learning is incremental and you can grow a little bit at a time and suddenly realize that you’re competent in something new.” We have a good learning web site (with 23 little steps), and can establish a “community of learners” – people who can work together to learn all about Web 2.0 one-step-at-a-time!
