At the same time you have some significant supply chain issues. My expertise is troubleshooting supply chains. I can start resolving your issues immediately. However, the firm decided cold calling would be the approach. I tried it for a while and found that it didn’t work. In Life Sciences relationships are key.   5. Good news - Companies and individuals have the same goal: Get the right person in the right jobToday I want you to think about how can how influence this outcome?
  6. Taking a risk when they hire you. Reputation is at stake if their decision turns into a mishire. The more they can trust you, the more likely to hire you vs another candidate. This is human nature. We buy from people that we trust.

  18. Whenever you talk abt y/s it’s very powerful when you can relate it back to the employer. It’s what I call…Take pity on the interviewer!
  19. Impt throughout interview but becomes most difficult when we’re in the hot seat answering questions.
  20. Not in a court of law. Use your sincerity to your best adv. Intuitively know how to be auth, it’s easy to lose sight when have to talk abttouchy past.. We’ve all had them. Why we left a co, no ref from boss, laid off, holes in res, why out of work for while, why chg careers...no one expects you to be perfect! You can’t be a general without acquiring some battle scars!

Being authentic is not about giving “the whole truth and nothing but the truth”.while it’s in your best interest to represent y/s authtcly, want to do so to your best advantage. The job didn’t advance your knowledge, skills or strengths This is a powerful and truthful response that isn’t mired in the guilt & apology of not getting along with your boss.
