An Attention to Store Changes in Operations
Dear Mr. Torres:
In response to meet the needs of our valued clients and customers alike, we’re announcing new store hours to
combat gas price increases. It is our understanding that our valued clients and customers prefer to remain away from
the stores on Sunday. Therefore we will keep our stores closed on Sunday. According to our recent customer surveys
we have concluded customers prefer to shop between 9 am to 8 pm, so our new store hours Monday through
Saturday will be from 9 am to 8 pm. Additionally you will be please to know that we will not be closing any stores. I
appreciate your valued patronage with us here at Chozen Gear. I suspect our employees will continue to service
