• Productivity improvement achieved through comfortable Line Balancing. Identifies root causes of losses
by Time study, method study, motion study. Define Tack time for each line, Prepare work distribution
chart to balance all work station. Improve working method to avoid losses & down time.
• 5 S management –Provide training for 5 S management, prepare 5S check sheet for each process,
Taking 5S audit to analyze actual condition.
• Quality Management – Ensure production happening according to quality norms & customer
requirements. Ensure all documents, check sheets, skill matrix, and drawings etc available on the line.
All work instructions Defect matrix, acceptance criteria etc available on the work place. Reducing all
problems through applying 7 QC tools.
