At the moment the Semantic Engine manages 6 languages: English, French, German, Polish, Spanish and Italian.

The software answers to applicants and check their compatibility.
The software can automatically answer to all the candidates who have applied
to the job offer through a preset email.
In the software you will find many tools to interact with candidates, which will provide you
with a database that is up to date and rich in content. You will be able to request candidates
to record a VIDEO CV: The software will ask them five questions on their study path and work
experience. Otherwise, you will be able to request job seekers to answer a JOB TEST,
in order to measure their soft skills. You will then check their language proficiency thanks
to our LANGUAGE TESTS.

Matching between job ad and CVS.
Once you have published the job ad, the software can understand what you are looking for.
Then it will read all the CV and understand the candidates’ skills through a Semantic Engine.
Every time we’ll post a job offer, the software will show you the results of your job offer,
with a list of candidates already ordered by percentage of compatibility and distance
from the workplace. The software will consider both candidates applying to the job offer
and candidates that already registered at the database.
No matter which language is used in job ads and CV, our software is MULTI-LANGUAGE
and it works in English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Polish.
