Based in the beautiful city of Oslo, I run a small restaurant that breaks the charm of the old town, giving it Mediterranean freshness. Italian by birth and Norwegian by adoption, I feel like a citizen of the world. The kitchen and my clients are my passion, I enjoy seeing the dining room full of positive feelings. Traveling on the back of my Harley is my daily escape, there is no distant or lost destination, with my motorcycle, I get there enjoying the scenery and the feeling of freedom that it gives me. The road has been long to get here, but my family and my friends are a beautiful world where being and the flow of life that is my restaurant makes me a complete and happy man.
