During registration, you will tell us about your
facility. This becomes your profile for the event.
Our team takes this information and begins
sourcing possible service providers for you.
Step 2: Updates
You will receive monthly newsletters with
updates regarding the event. A representative
from the forum will also check in with you.
Step 3: Selection Process
Two weeks before the event, we begin the
selection process. You will receive a catalog of
solution providers to select from. Based on your
selections, we then use a unique matching
software to develop your itinerary.
Step 4: Itinerary Release
You will receive a personalized itinerary for the
