Before beginning a career in pharmaceutical sales, Gina D’Este attended California State University, Northridge where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in sales and marketing in 1991. While attending college at CSU Northridge, Gina D’Este was also a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity.

Alpha Omicron Pi was founded in 1889 at Barnard College
in New York City to help promote the values of love,
personal dignity, generosity, tolerance, integrity, and
simplicity among women. The fraternity publishes an
official magazine, To Dragma, created to inform, inspire
and educate readers regarding themes relevant to the
fraternity’s community.
3. Alpha Omicron Pi
Originally published in 1905, To Dragma, which is
Greek for “The Sheaf,” is a permanent record of the
history of Alpha Omicron Pi. To Dragma is published
tri-annually in print format as well as in digital format
on the fraternity website. The magazine also acts as a
promotional tool for potential members and their
parents who are considering membership in the
fraternity.
