Giuseppe Gentile
In large implementations of ERP SAP systems on behalf of European and US Multinationals I
have covered different roles as to Project Management Office Assistant to Functional Analyst,
Technical Writer, as well as Training manager to support to end users in the context of multiple
countries rollouts. Eventually I have specialised on change management issues in complex
organization landscapes. I have worked in various Industries among others, retail,
pharmaceutical, appliances, utilities, e-business and defence.
In the conceptual phase of projects and in various supply chain scenarios I provide support to the
project team in the definition of gap analysis and of the business blueprint, provision of master
data lists for the customizing and configuration activities. I support and instruct Key Users and
Business Process Owners in the creation of test scripts according to company and legal
requirements and role mapping.
In February 2007 I have achieved the SAP Associate Certification as Netweaver XI Development
Consultant. I am available/eligible to work in all European countries and Switzerland. SAP
Integration Project experience. Nine year international project experience in Europe.
