‘Stressless in the JobSpace’.
Anywhere, anytimeyou can become mindfulof your levelof stress.
Anywhere, anytimeyou can change it with a few simple excercises.
The shape of your body is irrelevant, as it is not about ‘achieving’ but ‘allowing’ the
process in.
Beingrelaxed does notmean being de-energized or less efficient – quite the
opposite. When you are relaxed and focussed, this leads to greater efficiency and
equally as important – increased productivity.
Encouraging your employer to allow employees the space and time to practice
stresslessness, is a smartmoveand they will soon realize the benefits for both you
and the company.
If the ’boss’ practices as well, the results will be even moredynamic.
Everybody wantsto be happy in their work! Previousresultshave shown a
marked improvementin health and wellbeing and productivity-both quality and
quantity.
The only time you need is 10 minuteshere and there – when you choose.
Sometimes these time slots can be set by ‘the boss’ but generally they can occur
anytime.
What does it mean and how do wepractice ‘stresslessness’
Grant Bridgeris an actor, singer, director, and studied Yoga at the NZ School of Yoga
back in the 70’s.
He furthered his studies by time at the Satchidananda Ashram in Connecticutwhere he
was given permission to teach. Stints at Les Millsand the Teps followed and he
gradually paired down alot of the breathing and relaxation techniques in order for
them to be practiced anywhereand by anyone.
Certainly breathing techniques are incredibly powerful, after all it’s what we do when
we come into the world and the last thing we do when wedepart. But so few people
EVER experience ‘conscious breathing’. Mindfullnessof wherethe stress manifests in
the body is as importantas knowinghow to let it go-pressingthe inner delete button.
