I have considerable experience in flying various aircraft types while implementing safety and
performance improvements in large organization. I have worked at managerial level
demonstrating a clear ability to achieve goals in a wide range of activities.
My proven history, in management, flying experience, quality, safety and training allow me to offer
a unique combination of skills that are currently in high demand at the cutting edge of the aviation
industry.

and assess Individuals.
My educational background was in Kuwait, where the multi cultures exists which is helping me till
that moment to deal with all types of people throw certain procedures that suit them correctly to
perform the assigned task to them and provide the correct channel for them to report or record the
observations that will improve the organization performance.
I studied in the University of Helwan . I gained my Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management,
which was integrated with the flight school for all my comprehensive flight training. I continued my
academic career with several courses in both management and aviation like and later on
commenced my Doctorate in Aviation Safety Management. My passion in Safety Management
Systems, quality management system and Crew Resource Management, has given me the ability
to work in most team environments and possess leadership skills.
Since then, my ongoing research in aviation safety has led me to gain a wider knowledge base
into the working fundamentals of Risk Management, Emergency Response planning and Safety
Promotion.
I’ve participated in many world-renown safety seminars and workshops, such as

Shell Aircraft Safety Seminar (Netherlands). Where I have conducted presentation
Third Augusta Westland Conference– Operations with AW139 in Egypt “Opportunities and
Challenges”. As Flight Safety Officer, I represented Petroleum Air Services in this Seminar.

In addition to my work as a flying Captain in PAS, it became necessary to establish the
implementation and integration of Safety Management System, to include effective Safety
Case(s), Risk Assessments, Emergency Response functions and Safety Promotion to enhance
organizational and individual behavior and overall, improve the safety culture within the
organization.

• Ensuring that the quality standards conducting the audit are met;
• Submitting the Audit results and any finding raised to the Quality General Manager;

• Verifying, by monitoring activity in the fields of flight operations, crew training and
ground operations, that the standards required by the Authority, and any additional
requirements defined by PAS, are being carried out under the supervision of the
relevant Senior Persons
• Assist in administrating and controlling the Quality Assurance Program, ensuring
Company and Regulatory Authority that requirements are achieved and maintained;
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring the implementation (with the modalities and within
time limits specified) of new regulations issued by aircraft registration Airworthiness
Authorities and ECAA (EASA and IOSA, if any) for the whole Company’s Departments,
• assist for issuing the relative guidelines (action plan, compliance check list, etc;).…
• Checking that procedures are followed both by the Company and by Third Parties to
whom works are subcontracted or material is bought, through a systematic and open
access to all parts of the Company, as well as, to any Sub-contractor’s Organisation
• Ensure liaison with regulatory Authorities and ECAA Audit follow-up;
• Monitoring safety and quality standards in all matters related to ECAA requirements and
to any adopted further set of rules (i.e. EASA, IOSA, etc …) under supervision of the
quality manager;
• Receiving and distributing inside the Organization all ECAA communications;
• Findings follow up for internal and external audit; verifying that corrective action is taken
by the manager responsible in response to any finding of non-compliance;

• Administers a Company Safety Program which includes conducting and supervising
frequent lectures and presentations covering flight safety, and other safety practices
related to the conduct of company business, to assist in the prevention and/or
minimizing of incidents and accidents .

• Frequently inspects operating bases, outlying airports and offshore heliports to ensure
suitability of landing areas, and fuel quality and handling procedures .
• Overseas the conduct of monthly safety-meetings through field base safety
representatives to ensure that all operations and maintenance personnel receive
frequent exposure to safety discussions and reminders to "Think Safety ."
• Suggests topics of discussion for safety meetings, including, review of Base S.O.P.,
• Company Operations Manual, Flight Manuals, and accident and incident reports .

• Follows up reports or observations of safety hazards with investigation and suggested

activities, safety assessment of such activities and statistics, trends and recommended

• Monitor salient matters that are affecting the fleet from a flight operational and technical

• Engage with the relevant Chief Pilot, Technical Support Manager and Training Manager
to identify areas of concern that need special monitoring and to provide feedback on
issues that affect SPIs.
• Develop and maintain flight data triggering events within the Flight Data Monitoring
system to be able to provide meaningful indicators of adverse effects of flight
operations.
• Participate in safety investigations by representing the Safety Department the
Emergency Response Centre, or leading the investigation go-team and represents the
company in regards to any major accident or disaster that occurs in the air or on the
ground.
• Performing internal safety investigations of non-routine occurrences and incidents,
which include the development and verification of accident causal analysis.
• Analyze factual information gathered from investigations to be able to deduce the
causes of safety incidents and accidents.
• Identify safety recommendations to the organization in order to avoid repeated
safety incidents.
• Compose and review safety reports that will be published to the associated
stakeholders within the company and maybe distributed to governmental authorities and
other external stakeholders.
