This relates to language, both spoken and non-
spoken (body language)
PROGRAMMING
This is about behaviour and thinking patterns

Began in early 1970's by Richard Bandler and John
Grinder. They studied 3 leading psychotherapists

Study of how we get successful and

Studies human functioning in a quite
structured and systematic manner
