• All sensor data on the same coherent format, both real-time and
historical data.
• All sensor data is correctly connected to the full building device and
lease graph - the complete context is available for analysis and
applications.
• REC also enables a directory linking to objects in external systems,
using rich namespaced AliasId and mapping of other standards.

LoRa, ÅF Flowity, Larmia, Raybased, Zynka, Connectitude, Johnson
Control, Nordomatic, etc.
• Idun ProptechOS include a library of edge connectors and modules for
quickly developing new ones. The library is planned to be published

Use the RealEstateCore knowledge graph and telemetry for automated
compliance.
The first case is USGBC’s LEED. The application has been developed in a
partnership with USGBC’s Arc and Vasakronan, where the app will be
used for automated certification of 30 buildings during 2019 Q4.
