How do you want to appear? What do people tend to do when they have someone’s “ear”…? Yes, complain. They also tend to share big “events” or problems they have to as wide an audience as they can. Ok, not everyone. Story about the agenct’s cousin. Getting out in front of a client’s friends and contact and showing them how good you are.
More of the same, just another way to do it. We will never lose what we have always had and what we know works. A handshake will always be a handshake, but the online interactions can bring about some of the same sentiment if used correctly.
