  This study emphasizes on workplace layout,
  symbolism towards the Job performance level of
  employees in KL

1.   Studying the impact of workplace layout and
     symbolism on job performance can help
     designers to design a productive environment for
     employees
2.   This area of research is not carried out in Malaysia
3.   Number of employees working in offices is high in
     Kuala Lumpur

1.   Only two organizations from same industry
2.   Cannot be generalized
