2. What is coaching?
Coaching is a personalized, highly customizable
form of professional development. In this
action-oriented approach, coaches partner with
participants to increase awareness of self and
others, generate insights that foster change and
practice new skills. Coaching produces a
measurable ‘level-up’ in mindset and capability,
and tangibly impacts individual and company
performance.
Coaches use a combination of questions, tools,
frameworks and instructional content to
personalize the learning experience for each client.

Coaches must maintain a 4.5/5 star rating on our platform, rated by your employees. We
provide pulse assessment surveys after coaching sessions to gauge satisfaction and
progress that measure the degree to which participants find the coaching favorable,
engaging and relevant to their jobs. (10-15 questions) These self-assessments serve as a
short term measurement for coaching effectiveness.

10. A Customized Pool of Coaches Steeped
in Your Culture
A pool of coaches will be pre-selected
based on certain criteria (experience in
newly assigned leader coaching, sales
coaching, leadership coaching).
They will be steeped in your culture and
organizational/individual objectives, then
matched to employees during the
onboarding process. This will ensure
consistency and effectiveness.

30 minute - 69 minute coaching
conversations are most
common.
Half of coaching conversations are
typically between 30-39 minutes.
The second most popular length
for a coaching session was
between 60-69 minutes.
*With the Carrus model, scheduling is flexible from
30 minute to 90 minute coaching sessions.
12.
While most coaching sessions
happen once or twice a month,
some studies by CRI and Google
suggest that those who are
coached on a biweekly or weekly
basis show greater positive
results.
This makes sense: More frequent,
weekly and biweekly
conversations are event-driven
and can promote behavioral
change through immediate
relevancy on the job.
*We encourage more frequent coaching
sessions, however, employees are free to
schedule coaching as needed.
13. Carrus Coaching Proposal
In partnership with our HR consulting team, we will work together to define metrics that we can track/measure before
and after the coaching engagement to determine ROI (sales results (etc.) over 6-12 months and define a control
group). On top of the short-term coachee satisfaction measurement, we recommend looking at the following long
term measurements:
The standard measurement for % ROI = (Benefits Achieved – Coaching Costs) * 100 / Coaching Costs.

18. “A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want
to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see, so
you can be who you always knew you could be”
