Lecciones aprendidas
1- El aliviadero libre es mas confiable que compuertas.
2- La redundancia de sistemas de emergencia no es 100%
infalible, los motores fallaron y el mecanismo manual era muy
lento.
3- Se produjeron perdidas en generación y daños a terceros.
4- No se perdieron vidas, pero fue un hecho circunstancial
que no cayera un bus en el puente .
