In december 2014 founded JNS Staffing, a specialist recruitment company with a difference. We hoped to be transformative in many ways, how we operated, in changing how our industry is viewed, by bringing a different level of value to our clients and candidates, and offering employees a progressive, exciting, culturally cohesive and inclusive work environment with plenty of scope for career progression. We really felt as though there was a huge gap in the market between what people had come to expect from the industry and what we could really offer if we let our imagination run wild.
