As part of emceeing the Public Sector Network's WA Government Innovation Showcase, I delivered the welcome address for the People and Process stream of the conference. It explored how citizens globally feel about their governments' role in creating the kind of fundamental change that they want to see in the world, and shares five behaviours and mindsets that people can use to help deliver meaningful impact to both citizens and employees.
