1. KEITH HORNER MUSIC PRODUCTIONS
June 2016
I recently put together the following (incomplete) list of CD recordings I have had the
pleasure of producing. It’s roughly in chronological order.
Recent Juno Award nominations include the Rachmaninoff concerto recording I recorded
with Stewart Goodyear in Prague (Steinway label, 2016), Stewart Goodyear’s Complete
Beethoven Sonata cycle (Marquis, 2014), Susan Hoeppner’s American Flute Masterpieces
(Marquis, 2012).
The CD collection of Bruch Concertos I produced with James Ehnes and the Montreal
Symphony Orchestra conducted by Charles Dutoit won both a Juno Award for Best Classical
Album (Large Ensemble) and the first Classical Indie Award. Other productions have won
additional Junos and nominations, a Gabriel Award, a Gabriel certificate of merit, 8
Canadian Music Council Awards, the 1996 Prix Bohemia and the Special Music Prize in the
1996 Prix Italia.
