Over View:
Having joined the hospitality industry in 2010 I have quickly
developed through the company. I have assisted in 4 new store
openings. I have progressed to the position of General Manager
leading teams in size and excess of 100 family members.
As part of my development within my own job role I also hold the
region in the absence of my Director of Operations and actively
support the other General Managers who face challenges.
I have also stepped in to assist 3 restaurants in the past year with
challenges in their operation.
I ran and opened our new restaurant at the Oracle shopping
Centre delivering all KPI's within 4 weeks of opening.

their General Manager whilst overseeing my own restaurant until
someone is appointed to the role and the operation stabilises.

Operating on board fleet of Boeing 737-800 Canadaian registered
aircraft leased from Sunwing Airlines on behalf of Viking VIP
Airlines. Operating to all Canadian legislative standard operating
proceduresand overseeing the safety comfort and well being of
passengers on mid haul destinations from Bodrum airport.
Responsible for cabin crew operations at the base in Bodrum for
two aircraft and a team of 22 cabin crew and 6 Cabin Safety
Managers.
I also held the role of Aviaiton Occupational Health and Safety
Manager for Sunwing airlines reporting and identifying any
safety related trends, issues or potential hazards garnered from
flight safety reports submitted by cabin crew and Cabin Safety
Managers. Responsible for training and certification of all new
Cabin Safety Managers including check flights and interim audits.

acquisition operating with the GB Airways crew under the BA
Flag to facilitate the smooth transition of standard operating
proceduresand passenger service during the take over period.
