From the grand opening in 2005, Quan An Ngon 18 Phan Boi Chau has become a popular and famous

Taken ideas from Northern Delta landscape, Quan An Ngon follows the architecture of interleaved roof tiles,
durable brick courtyard, lush bamboo groves, conical leaf hats, graceful “Ao dai” and stunning food pavilions
from Appetizer, Noodle soup (Snail noodle soup, fresh water crab with rice noodle soup, chicken Pho noodle
soup, traditional rice noodle-soup with shredded fried egg and pork sausage), Hotpots (Sour crab hotpot with
