• Achieved $1.9 Million in annual savings by a combined buy using the same shrink film supplier across
all AOL letter shops. Implemented needs assessment program with six different packaging and
mailing vendors that increased efficiency, ensured package consistency and reduced operating costs.
• Managed annual RFPs, negotiations and contracts for seven commodities across a diverse, global
vendor base including CD-ROMS, plastic box, tin, foil pak, retail display, freight, and mail services)
• Executed direct mail campaigns from concept to completion and worked closely with clients and
suppliers to track each project.
• Traveled internationally to Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Europe and Mexico to qualify CD-ROM,
packaging, turnkey assembly and letter shop vendor factories. Developed experience doing business
in Asia including the intricacies of Chinese business culture.
• Implemented Ariba e-Sourcing platform across Marketing Operations department of more than 42
buyers and 57 international vendors. Managed all aspects of RFX, RFI, RFQ and RFP creation,
