2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of Support and Maintenance team, we provide the L2 Support for the issues which comes across the
system. Work on the incidents and update on it within the SLA
Monitoring the application because of its huge functionality background and escalate the issues accordingly to fix the
issue within the SLA.
Providing weekend support and be on-call for a week to work on the various issues reported by external systems.
Analyze existing or new issue that comes across in production and to provide the Root Cause Analysis to fix it as part of
future release.
Working on defects, which were logged for the production issues, and fixing it by doing code changes accordingly thus
improving system performance.
Mentoring juniors intensively in learning the application quickly, thus increasing their productivity rate for a better team
work.
Co-ordinate with onshore counter-part and get the updates needed to work effectively on the offshore timings.
