Duties: Duties vary from giving Injection, doing Vitals on patients, Medication refills via fax or in EPIC via
E-Prescribe, Schedule Referral Appointments, contacting patient regarding treatment and appointment scheduling.,

of care. Respond to all messages in a timely and professional manner. Help in other departments as need. Follow

Duties: Assisted users for image uploading to follow copyright guidelines and user agreements, mis-rated
products on website, unacceptable content, and violations of Zazzle.com. Respond via email to user reported
violations also run process checks out in the production warehouse to make sure all images are clear of copyright
and adhere to Zazzle guidelines and user agreement. Assisted with regulations set by the United States Postal
Service on business advertisements applied to postage stamp production.
Customer Account Executive Comcast Cable, Morgan Hill, CA Sept 2006- May 2007
Duties: Call center Associate using ACSR to maintain appointments for upgrades/downgrades of service. Billing
inquires; collect credit card and EFT payments via phone. Assist customers in ordering movies, going over phone
services and additional products customers may not have. Offer customer services in all Cable, Internet and Home
Phone needs. Applied credits to customer accounts when needed. Did follow up calls on Service requests for
Repairs and New Connections.
