I am thrilled to share the progress of my thesis project on "Evaluation of Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Based on Technology Overuse."
Together with my talented teammates, we have been investigating the impact of excessive technology use on mental health. We believe that in today's technologically dependent world, it is crucial to understand how this affects our well-being.
During our recent defense, we presented insights on the rising prevalence of mental health issues and the potential role of technology overuse. Now, I'd like to invite all my connections to share your valuable suggestions and opinions on this thought-provoking subject. Your input will greatly contribute to the depth and effectiveness of our research.
Let's work together to find solutions that promote a healthier and more balanced approach to technology usage. Your insights and support are immensely appreciated!
Stay tuned for updates and the survey link. Feel free to reach out to me with any suggestions or questions you may have. Let's make a positive impact together!

INTRODUCTION
4. Technology is everywhere nowadays, and using it
excessively may have negative effects on mental health.
In Bangladesh, around 16.8% of adults face mental health
issues, and we want to explore how technology overuse
contributes to this.
There's limited knowledge and discussion about the
impact of technology overuse on mental health in our
country, and I want to help fill that gap for the benefit
of everyone.
Moreover, excessive technology use can lead to laziness
and neglect of physical health.

depression and anxiety. [3]
