Discuss what it means to be a partner: the shows we are attending: OpenWorld etc
would talk to the following points - Being an official partner:
· means that Oracle has vetted our solution and agrees that we are fit to be an official partner:
o Certification is usually based on the solution, the results (number of customers) and the marketing investment we put into the partnership
· allows us to use the Oracle logo for Sales and Marketing purposes
· allows us to attend, sponsor, present at Oracle conference
· gives us access to Oracle resources on every front: pre-sales, technical, support
· gives us access to Oracle partners: VARs, Service partners, etc.
· gives us advance notice of Oracle innovations and technical changes, which allows us to make sure our solutions are always compatible

Millions of transactions are exchanged over DiCentral’s Networks each year.
DiCentral has experience in retail, banking, oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing and automotive.
DiCentral supports multiple transaction standards such as ANSIx12, EDIFACT, PIDX, RosettaNet.
We also exchange data through multiple communication types such as VAN, AS2, FTP, FTPs, RNIF 2.0 and more.
High level over view:
We have a high level overview of the dataflow typical of our customers. On the right is the trading partner ecosystem and on the left is your Oracle environment. In the middle is DiCentral’s SaaS network and the image on the bottom represents your DiWeb account which provides you visibility into the data being exchanged between you and your partners.
As you may expect since we are a SaaS model there is no installation of software on your side. On the trading partner side (right side) you can rely on us to contact and work with your partners to get maps tested and communications up and running. Whether it is AS2, FTP, or VAN communications, we handle this for you. In addition, we ensure you are connected to your trading partner with all the required transactions at the DiWeb layer. In your case we will integrate three transaction types into Oracle and any of the other peripheral transactions can be accessed at the DiWeb layer. We work with your team to keep the transactions updated as the retailer changes over time.
Let’s talk about the DiWeb layer. You have complete data visibility for all inbound and outbound transactions. In a moment we will show you the DiWeb interface and high points.
On the left is the integration with Oracle EC (EDI) Gatwaytype for Oracle. This means it is easier for your team to manage. Less technical time and resources spent on your side and an overall reduction in total cost of ownersh. You will see three transaction types: PO, INV ASN. Rather than having 10 PO maps or 10 ASN maps, we distill them down to one master file (template) for each transaction ip (TCO).
The method of connecting from your Oracle environment to our SaaS Network is typically done by providing you with a communications tool called DiConnect. It helps you automate the exchange of data coming into and going out of your Oracle environment. See more for deeper explanation of DiConnect below:
DiConnect – is Drummond certified communications software. It is designed to run on a customer premise or in the cloud. It can support connectivity to DiCentral as well as direct connections to other 3rd parties.
Supports AS2 and FTP, FTP/S, SFTP
Rich administration and reporting (exceptions and event management)
Since DiConnect is certified with the Drummond Group this means it is Interoperable with other Certified AS2 Software so if you already own AS2 or FTP software we can work with your software.
What sets DiCentral apart from other SaaS or Outsourced EDI providers on a technical level is the level of visibility and control provided by our web interfaces and dashboards. We call our suite of visibility tools, DiVisibility. It provides your team with secure, role-based access to multiple performance metrics regarding your inbound and outbound data.
It is important to realize that our integration customers can operate within their ERP and only come here to find answers to questions about their data exchanged with trading partners. As the Administrator of the accounts you can provide others with logins to the information they require to do their jobs. Unlike On-Premise software, the data is more available to your team and is at their fingertips with a quick login to our system. This means the corporate IT spends less time fact checking and hunting for data and more time solving other pressing issues. There are also many reports that can be generated and emailed as a result of this which also saves time from having to login.
Questions like, “Did Walmart receive my ASN’s on time?” If they say that I did not send my ASN ontime, “where do I go to grab and email Walmasrt’s ASN acknowledgement data on to Walmart with Date and Time Stamps to prove this?” As you may know, sometimes this happens where a customer’s EDI system misplaces the information about your successful ASN or Invoice and you get questioned about it a day or a month later. This one feature can save your company money by fighting chargebacks levied by retailers. In DiCentral’s system, this among other features is very helpful in getting the most out of your EDI program.
A relatively new capability that has been added is the ability for your team to self-manage cross reference table information. When a retailer sends UPC numbers inside their Purchase Orders as product identifiers, many times your internal employees, especially the warehouse team, will not identify the product by the same number. You can add the internal Item or SKU Number that is recognized by the warehouse into the Cross Ref Management tool which will then add the SKU to the Purchase Order file prior to importing into your ERP. There are other options for adding cross reference information; this just represents one of the most common cross reference scenarios. Training can be provided by DiCentral.

Their case was one where they had multiple web log-ins and a legacy stand alone EDI software. None of it was integrated so manual typing of data into their backend system was causing errors and inefficiencies.
The CIO at that time wanted to use their SOA Suite tools to have In this project we started out integrating XML data into SOA suite. We are flexible enough to integrate either XML data or other types of files like CSV or Flat Positional Files, so we did as they requested. During the latter stages of this project, the CIO left and a new CIO came and changed direction. He wanted to integrate with the Oracle EC Gateway which is a more traditional approach, since the Oracle EC Gateway has been around for a long time and has a track record of integrating inbound and outbound supply chain transaction files for over twenty years. We adjusted and changed direction with Levlad and integrated the Purchase Order, Invoice, and ASN in the Oracle EC Gateway format which is a Flat Positional File Structure. DiCentral’s flexible architecture allows us to work with a diverse set of customers providing them with solutions that:
Provide automation of supply chain data that saves hundreds to thousands of man-hours per year in costly manual processes.
Reduction of errors due to automated transformation and importing of high value trading partner data like large Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Advance Shipping Notices.
Leverage your current investment in Oracle which increases your company’s ROI on your Oracle ERP investment on software and implementation
Reduce the number of IT team resources that must manage the EDI process for your company
Eliminate investment and maintenance of hardware and software typically involved in running and EDI system at your company
Increase the visibility and control of the important EDI data exchanged between you and your trading partners in DiCentral’s SaaS Netowrk interface called DiVisibility..
